Content Submission Policy

Thank you for your interest in Pear Tree Content, LLC ("Pear Tree Content," "we," "our," or "us"). This Content Submission Policy governs the submission of manuscripts, story ideas, scripts, proposals, artwork, creative concepts, and other materials ("Submissions") to Pear Tree Content.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting any materials to Pear Tree Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Content Submission Policy.

Ownership of Submitted Content

You retain ownership of your original work and any intellectual property rights associated with your Submission.

Submission of materials to Pear Tree Content does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights to Pear Tree Content unless expressly agreed to in a separate written contract signed by both parties.

No Confidential Relationship

Unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been executed, all Submissions are made on a non-confidential basis.

Submission of materials does not create a confidential, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, publishing, representation, production, or contractual relationship between you and Pear Tree Content.

Similar Ideas and Materials

Pear Tree Content works with numerous authors, writers, creators, artists, producers, and entertainment professionals. As a result, we may already be developing, reviewing, or considering projects that are similar to your Submission.

By submitting materials, you acknowledge and agree that Pear Tree Content shall not be liable for any claim that our current or future projects, services, publications, productions, or business activities are similar to ideas, themes, concepts, characters, plots, formats, or other elements contained within your Submission.

No Obligation to Review

Pear Tree Content is under no obligation to review, evaluate, respond to, publish, represent, produce, develop, or otherwise use any Submission received.

We reserve the right to decline or delete Submissions at our discretion.

Representations and Warranties

By submitting materials, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the creator of the Submission or have the legal authority to submit it.

  • The Submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

  • The Submission does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

  • The information provided with the Submission is accurate.

No Compensation

Submission of materials does not entitle you to compensation, royalties, fees, credits, or any other consideration unless a separate written agreement is executed between you and Pear Tree Content.

Limitation of Liability

Pear Tree Content shall not be responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, or deleted Submissions. Individuals submitting materials do so at their own risk.

Future Agreements

Any publishing, development, consulting, representation, licensing, production, or other business relationship between Pear Tree Content and a creator shall be governed solely by a separate written agreement executed by the parties.
